The Proposal!

I know you have all been waiting to hear it, so i posted it on here.

Earlier in the week Bo said his sister and her husband wanted to go out to dinner and go to the movies friday night because Kali had some discounts for the restaurants up at Sundance Resort. So we drove up there after class on friday and got there before Kali and Conrad did. Kali called Bo and told him they were gonna be like 30 minutes late so we just went and walked around Sundance for awhile until he called her again and found out they were gonna be another 30 minutes late. Bo asked if I wanted to go ride the chair lift and I love doing that so i said yes! We rode up to the top and he said we should just get off and go for a walk since they wouldnt be there for awhile. There are a bunch of trails at the top that you can hike on that go a lot of different cool places, so we headed down a trail for awhile. As we walked further I kept saying maybe we should go back because Kali and Conrad would be there soon, but Bo said lets just keep going until we get to an opening where there is a cool view and then we can go back. We kept walking and the narrow trail opened up into a field and to the right was an amazing view looking out over the mountain and all the pretty autumn colored leaves, which i love! We walked a little further and then Bo said we should go look at the view and we noticed a little trail going trhough the grass, so we followed it a little ways and then on the ground there was a blanket with flowers and candles on it and a basket with sparkling cider, strawberries and fruit dip (my favorite). He asked me if suspected it and i had no idea. I thought he might propose this weekend but i thought he was going to do it Saturday... So then he hugged me and told me how much he loved me and wanted to spend forever with me... got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! I said yes of course. Then Kali and Conrad came out of the trees with cameras and took pictures of us. They werent late, they were setting all of it up and when Kali called she was giving him all the directions... We proceeded to call family and friends and began to walk back. When we got back to the lift, we realized they had shut it down and it is a 3 mile hike down the mountain... Luckily the 2 guys working at the top were just hopping on their bikes to ride down and they called security for us and they came up and picked us up in a truck. It was quite the adventure, and definitely a day to remember!

Spiderman!!!!... well woman..

So me and my roommates were kinda bored last night and just hangin around, I decided to try to climb up the walls in our hallway, the walls are pretty far apart so I would basically have to do the splits in order to achieve this... luckily im awesome and flexible and I succeeded!! Anne kept trying and kept getting really frustrated but then she did it, so that was good. We had a great time, but it was like midnight so Todd (our downstairs newlywed neighbor) and his wife probably hate us for being loud... well we got some pictures and video of our adventure, so i guess I will put them on here or something... yep.

All about my roomies! :) Whom I love!

I just happened to get the most coolest awesomest amazingest roommates in the whole entire world! They are all freakin awesome in their own way, and i love them all for so many different reasons.

First there is Brittany Huntington, she was the first person I really got close to when i moved to college. Our personalities are a lot alike.. in fact its kind of scary! Not a day goes by that she doesnt make me laugh so hard my stomach hurts. She is way cool and an awesome friend, I cant believe that almost got ruined over a guy, but then we realized we are way cooler than guys and right now we need each other! Brittany is definitely one of the coolest people I have ever met. We always have such a good time together! I love her tons! She texts a boy named Kevin a lot, even though he makes her mad almost everyday, oh the things you do for love!!! lol... She thinks her little sisters friends are ugly and that their moms shouldnt wear wrangler jeans!! haha

Next is Anne Robinson (Riches) ;) once again, a very funny girl. She gives me a lot of dating advice which i desperately need, she knows how to work the system and all the guys like her! Even though she does mean things like writing embarrasing things on a certain someone's birthday balloons, ditching out on going to the play with me and getting mad at my goofy pictures, she makes up for it by being awesome the other 98% of the time! She has a boyfriend named Justin who is on a mission. They are so cute together and she definitely lucked out! They are getting married in 2011 :)

Kelsey Rees is Anne Robinson's roommate. She is way cool. She is always nice to everybody and tries her best to keep us crazy girls in line! Even though I glare at her and give her my black girl attitude, she is still very nice to me :) She thinks its funny when unfortunate things happen to me and likes to take pictures! She is MADLY in love with a boy named Levi, like Anne and Justin, they are very very cute together, they even sing to each other and have dance parties in her room!

Then there is Katelyn. She is funny and deals well with all the crap that I give her, like telling her to shut up and go to bed about a thousand times a day... its pretty funny. Katelyn has a stalker named Cameron, deep down she loves him, I just know it! She actually has a crush on a boy named McKay lol i have never met him but Anne and Brittany like to yell his name together. lol Katelyn likes to talk on messenger a lot, i guess she has a lot of friends on there.

Just my Luck...

Today is Friday, I was sooo excited to go home! I was going to ride home with my 2 friends from Moab, Hailey and Jacquelyn. We were planning on leaving around 12:30, i was in the Math lab until about 12:00 and I still had to eat. Me and my roommate Anne made our favorite meal Kraft Mac and Cheese and Stuffing! (A blog about tha soon to come) Anyway they came to pick me up and we were running late. I finally finished eating and was ready to head out and hit the open road. I ran back to my room to make sure I had everything I would need for the trip, then i quickly locked my door and left my room.... Just to realize that OH CRAP my keys are still in there!! I tried the card trick to get it open but my efforts were devastatingly USELESS!! I had my friend Kenneth come up and try because he is really good at picking locks. He tried for about half an hour and once again his efforts were futile and yielded no success... SO he went and got his roommate Nate who is apparently a master lock picker... He tried the card trick, bobby pins, screw driver and scissors! None of these worked either! So now 2 hours have passed since I was supposed to leave this God Forsaken place they call Ephraim... I have a spare key but GUESS WHAT, it's in my desk drawer IN MY ROOM!!! So finally we got the idea just to try somebody else's keys, and guess what... IT WORKED, now how safe do you think I feel when i know that all along my door could have easily been opened by somebody else's random key! We finally got it opened and realized the door knob was completely ruined, so we took it off and put the old one on... my room doesnt lock anymore now... Well that is my extremely unlucky story... here are some pictures to do the story justice...

My Awesome Roommates!

Tonight we took more roommate bonding pictures... I was in a goofy mood, so i only took one normal picture the whole night (its not this one!) Anne said I ruined all of the pictures and I should have smiled, but I know that she knows deep down that she loves me sooo much because I take the coolest pictures and she is jealous!! :) Oh yeah and Katelyn is in this picture! I love my flower!!

All I wanted was to go to the play!

So there is a play going on at Snow College right now called "The Dark of the Moon" Me and my roommate Anne were going to go see it together last night until like 20 minutes before it started she went to go work on art homework with Daniel, the boy from Texas who is obviously more important than me... Anyway, we decided we would go the next day... meaning today October 2, 2008... Once again she ditched me, but i still love her oh so much! I desperately tried to find someone else to go with me so i wouldnt sit alone like a loser! But no matter how hard i tried, nobody wanted to go with me.. I decided to go alone. I got there and stood in line for like 20 minutes waiting to get my ticket, it was finally my turn so I reached in my pocket to grab my $2 but to my suprize, my pocket was empty.. So i went and talked to one of the ushers i knew hoping he could hook me up... he said he could. SO i waited like another 20 minutes just for him to tell me he couldnt afterall. As if my night wasnt bad enough, 2 boys walk past me holding hands.. my first reaction was EWWWW WHY!!! And then i saw the face of one of the boys and realized it was a boy i had a crush on at the beginning of the year, boy do i know how to pick em'! That is the end of my sad story, please don't cry for me.

Welcome to the world of Blog...

So my roommate Anne and Stefanie from across the hall are always talking about their blogs... I decided that in order to be cool, I needed one too... hopefully it really makes me cooler... jk I really dont know what you are supposed to do with a blog, but i was informed that it is pretty easy to get the hang of.... i really dont know what to write here so im rambling on about absolutely nothing... I guess that is about it for now, maybe there will be more interesting posts to come.
